Tall Boy Seat Install
New Tall Boy seat don't wanna fit on the Ultra.It came with a passenger grab strap. Do I need to remove the passenger grab handles to get it to settle all the way down? It is binding there between the brackets and I don't want to force it down to get the seat screw in. It is sitting up about an inch or so from being able to put the screw in .
I know Mega and PK have the Tallboy. There were no destructions in the box and the online PDF from the HD website is no help.

It will fit. take your time and work it down slowly. as the foam forms and compresses it will take a memory. I had the same issue and just forced it slowly until it went down, than after a few days it will just pop on and off as normal. It just has to much foam on the sides and needs to be gentley worked in. If you have a back rest it will need to be shimmed between the mount flat and the fender.

I have a used tallboy in stock. Replaced it with Mustang.
And my feet still reach the pedals.

Seats on, just needed some persuading. Put about a hundred miles on it today. better room and less stress on the knees. It is still pretty firm, I'll have to break it in with a few more miles.
