I went with this, which includes the chrome cover and chrome backing plate.

Does it matter if the back plate is chrome?

do you have a SERT / PC III / Thundermax AutoTune or similar tuner? your going to need one if you do intake and exhaust.

thats the $$ keeping me from doing intake at the present time

The chrome mattered to me because that is what I wanted with the more open look that this setup provides. If you don't care about that, it looks like Eastern can save you some money over the link you provided. Free shipping too.

My shop guy charged me $20 more, but it's on order in time for next weeks dyno appointment! Power Commander on order as well...
