Thanks Fire46!

I finally installed the Dragonfly fairing Fire sold me. I haven't posted pics of the bike since the day I bought it so here's an update. DMize (Vtwin member) and I attended the Cleveland, Ohio Rally for the Troops. It left several HD dealers and converged at Public Square downtown.

We both have Roadking Customs. FLHR. His is carbed and mine is EFI. I love the slammed bars he put on and the look he created.

That fairing looks really good on your scoot Bud.

BTW, I used to come out of that building at about 8:30 every morning after riding the old Shaker Rapid. Loved it when it was featured in "A Christmas Story"

Thanks guys. Scabby, it's funny you mention A Christmas Story. I went on the ride with Dan Mize from the VTF (the young punks only 35). I told him stories about coming downtown to see the lights, shopping with Mom downtown for Christmas and going to Halle's to see Mr. Jingaling and Santa. He gave me that "how old are you" look! BASTADG! I told him how my Dad was a fuse expert as well, although he never won a major national prize.

It got us to talking about how far the city has gone downhill. Sad that we have that lakefront and it comes nowhere near Chicago, Detroit, etc. City government sucks. Instead of the Cuyahoga River burning in the 60's everything within the city limits (other than downtown) should have burned so we could start over.

Hey Bud, that looks really good. I see you worked out your passing light issues as well. Dragonfly really builds a solid fairing. A buddy of mine has the Deadcenter one which is a real quick detach, but it shakes like crazy!

How's the riding position with those slammed bars on? Looks cool but I imagine they pull you forward.
