Sad when anyone dies. I feel for his family and friends.

On the flip side, this kind of media attention bothers me. We should see this kind of media attention whenever one of our military dies. Their lives should be publicly recognized with as much, or more, fanfare as these Hollywood stars get. AND, not just military! How about out police, firefighters, etc. (if their families want it)?
Why does Hollywood deserve more media attention than our heroes?
