Thanks Ken. I have the long version of those. I was worried about getting around the lowers so good to know the shorts work. They're sleeker too.

Got 200 miles in and now can wind it up to 3,500 RPM's, whoot!

Yes! Breaking the 500 mile threshold made it feel like I was on a different bike once I could wind it up a bit. It was almost painful having to baby it. But I survived.
