Now if you really want to see the craziness of Sturgis, you need to camp out at Glencoe for a few nights. Anything goes out there....which is not always a good thing. We saw many many hot women's but we also saw an equal number of things we wish that we had not seen.

I'll share the pictures offline but you have to see them all, the good and the bad. We are reminded of the good ones when we see them again but NEVER forgot the bad ones

I have been to Sturgis 4 times, and enjoy it. People complain about prices. I pay a buck more a beer, big deal.

As for traffic I park on the outskirts town. No problem. I don't go to Full Throttle any more cause I don't like driving through town. Motel prices are high.

I have never had a problem with lines. Always got a beer pretty quick. They are well staffed with young hotties, they want to sell you beer as fast you can drink it.

I am not scared to go again.

I love Sturgis. Except during the Rally.

I'm glad that those that don't want to go aren't forced to go, but will be making my first trip this year.

We have a small group riding up, and the Mrs is following us up towing her bike. She isn't sure that she is ready to make the ride, and we all are just fine with having a chase vehicle to handle all of the extra junk that you can't bring on the bikes.

Anyone in the area needing anything hauled up or back can get in touch.

And yea I'm sure that some of our group will soak in all of the

You have to do it at least once, you will have a great time! Having a follow vehicle makes a trip of that mileage a lot more easy to handle.

Are y'all camping at one of the campgrounds in Sturgis? If you don't want to go with the Chip or Glencoe, there are several just off of the interstate that looked really good and would help avoid "city" traffic in the morning and evening.

That's pretty much what I'd like to do.

I would also love to go back to sturgis, but a different time of year, it was 85 in the black hills but 117 in sturgis when we went, that's just to damn hot!, the crowds didn't bother me though, daytona, laconia, blah blah blah been there done that and yea I even have the tee shirt.

At some point I'd like to do a Doofapalooza to the black hills 2 weeks before sturgis... we'd be riding out about the time the bikers are rollin' in for the week before...

Some of us could stay while others take off home and miss the mess...

I haven't ridden the black hills...

I haven't done Sturgis yet, but I want to. It is, after all, the granddaddy of all biker rallys. . .I've heard the week before is the best time to go. . . I just don't seem to have enough vacation time to go everywhere I'd like to go.
