Yep, several makers have leather and textile overpants, sized to be worn OVER jeans. You could try www.newenough.com or www.leatherup.com I'll bet she is very striking, with a tiny waist and TALL. Kaye

28 waist and 36 inseam. I have the opposite problem. 36 waist and 28 inseam. I have to cut everything off. Just barely left enough leg on the leather pants for one snap at the bottom under the zipper.
