From two different bikes, only one hydraulic tensioner in the new engine, however the back of the pump cam chain tensioner still looks like the old set up, with the old chain.

The roller chain is only on the outside between the crank and the driven cam which drives the other cam.

Nope, there's still one on the backside of the cam plate too. Hence the term "inner"
