Scroll bar section of screen
The scroll bar section of the screen and the box above it which shows one's current location in the forum is rendering on my laptop screen about twice as long as anything else on the screen -- such that the grey box with my username, last login stats, and pm indicator is way off the right hand edge of the screen and out of sight unless I scroll over.
It's been that way for several weeks now but it just hasn't been a big enough deal to ask about it. I'm not aware that I did anything to cause it, and no amount of fiddling with settings has made a difference on my end. I don't experience it on any other site and it renders like that on this site no matter where I am on the forum. Can anyone tell me if it's a setting on my end or a glitch on the forum end? I'm using Chrome "Version 42.0.2311.90 m" if that helps. TIA |

Mine will do that if an oversized picture is posted. Otherwise, I got nothing.

Mine does the same thing, but only on my XP computer.
Windows 7 is fine.

In this case though the bar itself is the only thing behaving like an oversized pic. I haven't been around enough lately to piss off a mod. Or, maybe I just haven't been around enough lately to REALIZE I've pissed off a mod... |

It's a mystery.

Oh that was my default assumption -- followed immediately by, "If I ignore this long enough it will disappear just as mysteriously as it appeared. Turns out I'm just not as patient as I thought I was...
Nada. Well, I mean, stuff happened - freaky stuff - but nothing related to the question at hand. |

"OH-God-what-fresh-hell-is-this...?" is mine.
I can see how yours would be more practical. |

Close all windows. Re open then clear each of your browsers history. Then clean/defragment and rearrange your C drive and restart. If that doesn't do it, recover to an earlier date which was before the incident occurred. One or all has always helped mine.
