If a bike has 81HP at the rear wheel, how does that translate to HP at the crank?

Best I can figure from formula is a loss of 14.6% from crank to wheel, on a Harley. Weight of wheel and tire is critical, and maybe more important than frictional losses. That would make rear wheel reading of 81HP equal to 92.8 at crank.
