Saw my first live rodeo in Cody, WY the summer of 1964. The nightly rodeo during the summer is still alive and well. It is now home to one of the finest western history museums in the country. It is also where Liver Eatin' Johnston, the individual the character Jeremiah Johnson was based on, is buried.

Historical sites abound in and around Casper, including Fort Casper and the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center, aka The Five Trails Museum. If you're ever in town, give us a holler and Roy and I will give you the grand tour.
