Book says 25-30 in lbs, so I used 27. I pulled a couple ferrules out and said screw that. The ferrules on the 2014 look to be a lot more stout.

My biggest problem working on Harley Davidsons is I think like a Cadillac mechanic.
Those inserts are super simple to install once you figure them out. The end is slotted so you use a flat blade screw driver to thread them in. Problem is it will cock off center. Then when you kinda have them going in one side of the slot breaks off. So, I broke both slot ends off. Installed the windshield mounting screw into the insert and bottomed it out. Then I was able to control the insert with some accuracy and parked it home. Very cool repair over all.

I told you to make sure they're square.
And you needed a bigger blade regular. I used the hubcap pry-er sized myself......
