Yeah, I know it. It is very sad.

Luge and skeleton athletes are flying down the ice at 60 to 75 mph,... and they are literally just inches off the ice. Luge goes feet first laying on back, and skeleton goes head first laying on stomach. What little bit of steering is done with the feet.

Edit: I just read where some of the sliders were exceeding 90 mph on that track!
