Thank you Patti for posting this. Thanks for everyone's prayers.
I was having chest pain and tightness. I checked into the hospital to get checked out. Everything appears ok and I have more tests scheduled to be sure. I almost didn't listen to my body. That of course would be a mistake. Since my heart attack I've tried to eat well, but over time I rationalize this and that. Those days have to be over and I need to get with the program. It's hard not being invincible. Thanks again for your prayers
