Wings....
Auto does a beautiful job of wings on parchment paper in the oven but the Egg has officially taken over. It's been morphing from brisket & ribs etc to pizzas and some desserts to now taking over wing duty......
Best I've had in my recollection, good coal, cherry and hickory chips (not too much) and Bam!! Drip tray for 2/3's of the cook and finish direct on grill. If you have a kamado style unit you owe yourself to try it!! That was yesterday, brined pork tenderloin just went on for tonight.  Dirk
