When I loaded a lan card upgrade, it made it so that the modem had trouble reading the lan (it was 10/100 1000 and it upgraded to 1000, the modem counldn't get it). When I replaced the modem/router with a newer one, then my laptop wireless pcima wouldn't work wit it. since I still run XP, I was able to get one cheap that has problems working with Vista(who cares?) i will go to vista after ms stops supporting XP.

Glad you got it worked out Zerk! I felt like they would take care of you for free if you got the right person on the phone. I had to go through the same thing with DISH for my mom. The installer did a crappy job and they wanted to charge me to fix it. I said I'll just call DirecTV in the morning and DISH had someone there the following afternoon for free

You move the pole, side to side, by hand. 2.5 yrs, the never worked right, and me paying $. Glad they took care of it.
