Pretty true...
We get two inches up on the passes at 9,000 feet and DOT closes them for the winter, because the flatlanders will skid off the road and then sue the state for putting them in peril. They slip and slide up to the motel office and demand to know why the spa is closed for the winter and complain that it's really cold outside, mid twenties.
