That's a nice looking building. Is it a house and shop combined or a shop and offices?

The big one is my house the little one is the boss's...

House and shop - haven't figured out exactly what I'm going to do, but I'll have plenty of room to do it.

Wow! I'm jealous!
Mueller is the big name in metal buildings in this area and they have a location about a mile from my desk in Kilgore.
I don't know if you've considered it but another method emerging as popular to compete with the metal shops is called "post frame"construction, it's an update on pole barn systems.
The two that come to mind loaclly are arklatex and 5-star. I'm in Longview; if I can assist with local input, just let me know.

Kinda looking for all metal (as much as possible - cheaper insurance), cause you never know what I'll be working on or with.

I am going to try to be down there mid February, to look at some property. PM me with the work-20 and I'll try to stop by for lunch one day.

I appreciate the input and I'll lookup all your sources.

You'd better be careful what you offer - I may bug the hell out of you...

Don't worry about it.

Ricky is pretty buggy already and he knows how to bug out.
