I wasn't satisfied with the plexi-glass lowers on my bike, So i went to Tap plastics and purchased some polycarbonate pieces. They were 6"x10" and 1/8th" thick. I used my template to get the original shape and cut them out, cleaned them up on the grinder to match each other and painted black.
These turned out much better than before. I'm done...
