Salsa like in ES
Well I guess I didn't post it up...
So here we go. Into a large bowl chop up the following: 1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Yellow Bell peper 3-4 bunches Green Onions 6-8 Sprigs of Celantro 12-16 Roma / Italian tomatos Add the juice of one Lime Now for the Blender stuff: 2 cans of stewed tomatos 2 medium onions 6-8 sprigs of Celantro *---------- 3- 6 cloves of garlic 3-5 fresh Jalipenos ( my real recipe uses 3-6 Habaneiro peppers) ( couldn't find any in ES) Juice of 1-2 limes Blend till sauce Add to the above chopped stuff in the bowl * Oh yeah the secret... For seasoning instead of season salt, onion powder, garlic powder and other seasonings. One package of original Shilling taco seasoning (dry) into the blended stuff

Thank you so much for sharing this awesome recipe, I hope it becomes a staple at all Doofapalooza's kinda like SPAM.....correction your salsa taste better than SPAM and you don't have to eat it off of a dirty picnic table!!

That was you who made that? That salsa was excellent! Although it could've use a bit more kick.... but I know how you gringos can't handle too much heat.

Like I said I prefer the Habinaro peppers, try it with about six of them. If you want some really hot stuff.
You will go blind and sterile till about 15 min after you stop eating it, once you start eating it and the burn sets in just keep eating cause there ain't no cure. But 15-20 min later all the burning is gone.
