DPH drug me to the gym this morning. I'm not typically a breakfast eater but ate a tablespoon of peanut butter and a slice of cold pizza from last night. Not enough gas in the tank, really. The weight felt extra heavy and I ended up failing on one set of squats, just didn't have the juice to hold the weight where I knew it needed to be. Came back on the next set and was able to get it done, though.
Squat 5x5 @ 265lb Overhead press 5x5 @ 125lb Deadlift 1x5 @ 300lb The squat set that I missed dicked up my lower back. Probably the last time I hit the gym in the morning. I need lunch in my belly to give me the gas to get through my sets proper.
