Arlen Ness Big Sucker

Really SUCKS!

got mine installed this morning. Looks great.

ThunderMax did a great job with it, never missed a beat, still no pop on decel at all with the Big Sucker and Rush 1.75's.

Feels like it pulls harder, heck its almost got to be as much air as you can hear it sucking at WOT.

Looks a lot better without the football cover as well.

The Rush's aren't obnoxious but the are plenty loud when you twist the wick, was amazed that from the saddle, the intake is louder than the exhaust now. Can still hear the pipes but they are in the background behind the intake.

May have to give 2" baffles a try now

i like the Rush baffles i put in my Wild Pigs...deeper sound, and exactly as you said...
I was thinkin' the same...try the 2", but i got some feedback about staying with the 1.75" on a bagger, unless you got a big cam/headwork, etc.

Not sure if it would lose much going up a little on baffle size or not probably a little low end but how much? I would just like to see how they sound, if they were deeper rumble without getting "blatty" or to poppy I'd like them but I'm afraid they would get that blatty open pipe sound and I dont really like that. Deeper rumble and a little louder I'd be ok with.

Been thinking about posting across the street to see if anyone has tried both baffle sizes on same motor and get their thoughts on the change. Most who have tried the Rush mufflers like them, maybe someone out there has already tried them both.

as for piccys... (working on my scottish) I didn't bother cause I figured everyone would just think ... "geesh ya seen one 8" round cover ya seen em all" ... but since you asked ... and I am rather proud of it ... HERE YA GO!
