This is what plugs look like when you have to remove the intake plenum to change plugs.

210k miles. I'm pretty sure they were factory units.

The harder it is to get to, the less likely it will get done.

If they would only make the design engineers work out in the shop one week a month, things would get easier.

Lincoln MK 8 oil filter comes to mind.
Along with "sealed" automatic transmissions that take specialized tools and equipment.

Sometimes the third valve roller rocker takes out the lifter making it seem like a number 3 cylinder misfire...

Not factory ,don't know of Oe NGK plugs.and that kinda mileage is not likely

Hah!... In a weak moment, ages ago, I test drove one of them. It was brand new and the rear diff whined like crazy. Clearly it was setup wrong or lacking gear lube. I commented to the sales guy on the ride-along that the rear end needed to be fixed. He immediately responded that, no, they all do that.
