Run for Your Life Training
I started running to day to train for the Run for Your Life 5K obstacle course. I am using the "couch to 5K" as a basis for my training. Today is week 1 day 1 for me. I was able to easily make it through the 20 minute walk / run session. Next session is Wednesday night after work.
I got a Garmin Forerunner 10 GPS watch to help me track my progress. If anyone is using Garmin Connect to track their runs and wants to connect with me through that site let me know and i will give you my username.
