As much as it pains me, I'm gonna have to go with Russ and agree that Pepi's just a big ol' twat
While the burn is stellar at 65% and I haven't really experienced any "hotness" to the smoke, I do believe that with the majority of what I'm smoking (mainly Nicaraguan and Dominican) it comes at the cost of a noticable amount of flavor, so I'm going back to 70%. I've pulled the beads out (don't start) of my big humidor and thrown a 4 oz Humi-Care jar in the bottom and have some 2 oz jars coming for the little ones and the top shelf of the big one.
I'll keep the tubes of beads around until I'm sure, but I expect to be letting those go in a month or so if I'm right and anybody else is sold on 65% and wants them. It's not like they wear out, but I can at least save you shipping if you're looking for them. I've got 2 Large tubes and 2 Mediums.

Well, I think because I had them so wet to start, I just went too far the other way. As they passed through the 70%-ish area I do think they were best, for me at least.
