One bad thing that I see about the 1125r is that it is the first year of production. There's bound to be some bugs. My son has a Firebolt 12R and while it's not as fast as the metric bikes it handles fantastic and is a dream in the turns!

Did they say who helped the new design of the motor? Or was it all buell?
And yeah i mught stay away from the 1st year.
