My Story, the Beginning... Welcome! The purpose of this forum is to "formally" introduce yourself to other members. Bonus points for telling us something embarrassing. We encourage you to visit the "Our origins and history.." area to gain a little insight into how the heck this all started, anyway. |

Another from Virginia.
Love my green bike. We've only made one Laconia Bike week since 2007, as it falls on the same week as our annual Doofapalooza.

Ha ha. Reasonably normal. I've been told my tool box is missing vital components. Then again those same entities say I ride my bike too much.
Purple is the color of royalty, cookies crumble into bite sized bits and goats are great landscapers. That's all I have to say about that. |

Are we going to have to start a sub-group for the watermelon contingent?
As has been mentioned, you won't find a finer group on the internet and in person. We don't just wear the t-shirt. We ride.

Hmmm, green bike, do you own a sawzall?
Welcome from sunny NW Florida, the part everyone thinks is really Alabama.

Nah, I have one. Several years ago, a certain green bike-riding individual took a sawzall to the down-tubes of an SX650 w/ the open cases still sitting in the frame, then got all butthurt when he was mildly mocked by several erudite members of this fine establishment, to which he responded with still more butthurt, balled up his widdle fists and stomped his widdle feet and has not been seen since. So, it's just an inside green bike joke.
