EZ Brake install...
Wasn't easy. Or completed. My clevis pin is frozen in place.
Anyone have similar experience and if so, how did you get it out??

I used a set of dykes (shaddup) to kind of pinch or lever it out.

Come up on it from underneath. If you can get a set of dykes on it, kinda pinch and lever it out. It was a real PIA when I did mine, but thats how I got it.

Send him for beer. That way you can be alone with the bike.

Make him drink all the beer, then blame it on him. Drunks and tools don't mix.

thanks man...
it will definitely need a pair of vise grips... I stuck a nail and a steel rod in the cotter pin hole and bent both of them... not turning... |

It won't turn. It actually "swedges" in there. It's not a loose fit. You have to get on the head of the clevis pin and pry. Thats why I suggested the dykes. When you bite down on the pin, the dykes act like a wedge, pulling it up a bit. Then you have to lever it out.
