It seems that the city of Balmer simply doesn't play well with the other kids in the NFL sandbox.
As long as their fans support their petulant behavior, little is likely to change.

It seems like you know as little about what Indy is known for as I do about what Baltimore is known for, BTW.
I'd have figured Balmer would have jumped at the chance to rename to the something seafood/bay/street crime related.
