I think I'll go down Thursday and do a little riding around Friday before everybody gets there.

The way my work schedule is falling, I'm going to ride down on Thursday after work so that I can be on some calls Friday morning/early afternoon from the hotel. Otherwise, I'd be after 10PM getting there on Friday night.

I've got a table reserved at Mamacita's Mexican Restaraunt in Kerrville for 6:30 on Friday night. They can put up to 25 of us at the table and the rest will be seated nearby. If we get 50, then we can have a private dining room. Post up if you are going to join!

I think we have 33 committed to be there this weekend. I don't know what that will translate into as far as real numbers.
