Recover the seat or not?

Some of you have seen pics of my bike...
I got it not to long ago and have been put some good elbow greese..parts etc into it. It runs great now but...

We have been haven a debate at the Iggy_Montoya house hold. To recover or not to recover the green leather and crushed valour seat. When I first saw the green bagger...I said ...it's cool but...that green seat...Pimped out to the 10's....but now I don't know...you never see a green seat...especailly green leather. I have a Corbin that fits...but .... the BP is much narrower...and a lot less comfortable even for driver....so let me know.

I was thinking of recovering it all to black...oh..it is a custom seat to boot....
Not sayen I'll change..but want to hear....

HOWEVER, any consideration to change, must put COMFORT up before beauty !

I think black would be much richer... even white... but the green has to go in my opinion.... A contrasting color will set off the bike... the matching green seat causes the bike to lose its punch... I'm a professional, don't try this at home...

If you are going to have a green bike, might as well have a green seat.

Gazoo has failed to amuse us
Change the main seat color so it does not get lost in the crowd. If you like the green velour you can work that in. Just pull your seat cover off and use it as a pattern. I don't know if you have tried making a seat cover but it is really very easy.

I do like the Corbin ...its black...but...truely not as comforatble...was thinkin I would wait till bike week and have it covered on the spot...black...the valour is cooler in the heat ...but 10x wetter in the rain...even the back rest is green leather...maybe...green leather and white as you mentioned...

Sparky...the little rider...says keep it green dad!...its his favorite color..but I do think black would set it off...NOT PERIWINKLE...I know you were just sayen....lol

Chromer is the only guy I've seen pull off the white seat and have it look right.

So, is that like Leprechaun hide its covered in now? Might just be lucky ya know. Changing it could lead to disaster.
