Riding out today
Looking at a couple of homes in The Wyoming and Montana areas of choice.
Hoping they will take my offers, don't want to Californicate and just agree to the asking listed prices.

So a 5X10 storage locker doesn't have door wide enough for a bagger, had to step up for a 7X10 rode it in a little kitty cornered and strap down the antenna and the door closes.

Back in Denver (Thornton) doesn't seem we just drove up yesterday and looked at homes.
The one on the market for 800 plus days is going to need almost as much as the asking price to replace all windows, driveway badly freeze thaw damaged, fence falling, carpet is original shag. Yuck... But... Did find a first and second choices of move in ready homes. Some changes are needed to please BOM, but not critically needed. So back to home, via Independence Rock Wyoming and contact bank / CU to start processes of purchase.
