warren knows a ton more than me, and I think we all agreed that's where you should start before you brought the bike to the dealer

I stopped in just to price parts. After talking to the shop guy, a free bench check of oil pressure to see if it was something obvious was something I just couldn't turn down.

I'll test leakdown, maybe tomorrow, just to be sure, but I think tearing in to the oil pump is going to happen. Just want to have everything I'll need for the job first...hence going in to hunt down parts.

If it only blows during fairly long rides, my money is with the smart guys on the scavenge side lagging behind.
