Aerostich Combat Lite Boots Size 45
They're about two years old, only been worn a handful of times. I just never gelled with them, and find myself wearing either my Danners or my Gaernes. There are a few nicks and scrapes, but nothing awful. They have the grey cleated sole. I even have the original box. $225 shipped CONUS.
Edited to add: I'm a size 12 American and these fit just right.
