Yum Yum Frog Legs
Never cooked them before. Eaten plenty. Found a place that sells them close by. They are frozen. They turned out really good.
All purpose flour 3 cups Onion powder table spoon Garlic powder table spoon Cheyenne powder to taste Creole seasoning 2 table spoons Soak legs in butter milk for 30 minutes. Dredge legs in flour mixture. Heat 1 inch oil in pan until hot Fry turning once until brown. When the joints are loose and meat just starting to draw up the bone should be perfect. Do not over cook. |

Love me some frog legs. Used to catch frogs in a pond behind our house. Had to catch a chitload cuz they were small ones. Still good eaten though.
Sent from my new space age communicator.

Damn!! I'm gonna suprise the girls one day with that!! Just got Autumn to try some Rattler last summer... After all the grandstanding and refusal to touch it, she did find it quite delectable after I pestered her into it...
