Took a Quick Ride
I got off of the roof of the shop, having *completed* that one task. I was sweating profusely, every piece of clothing saturated, boots and all. I needed to take a break and run an errand... I hadn't been on the bike in about two months, Hell yeah! So I had to jump it (will investigate that later) and took a short ride. Holy crap! It felt good to get on board again and the newfound breeze was welcome, indeed.
I ran the errand (Walmart, natch ) and then to a fave fish house for a bite. Damn it felt good to cool off a bit! The girl at the restaurant says, wow! How can you ride in this heat!?!?!?

Wonderful! I know how you feel. Yesterday I got my first decent ride since the end of the 2015 season. A medical problem affecting balance sidelined me for most of eighteen months, then my son STOLE my bike, the little cad. Rode over to his house on the back of Roy's bike and stole it back for the afternoon. Wasn't sure I was going to remember what to do but it was just like riding a bike.

Glad you were able to get out for a ride Ricky! I haven't been able to take my bike out in going on a month because of my Achilles tendonitis flare up. Hoping to change that in the next couple of weeks.
