A little 'tweaking' to the scooter...
Put a set of 2 up-2 back chubby bars (2" dia.) with Avon large dia. grips to make long rides a bit more comfortable, on my shoulders and hands. Converted the rear turn signals to red run/turn/brake for some added 'notice'. Replaced the original battery with a new one from Deka. Changed the oil and filter and checked the tire pressures.
I leave for Rapid City Tuesday.

Have fun, heading back up to Thermopolis next week, not sure if I can squeeze the bike in amongst all the other stuff in the trailer, and I may be "required" to be back at the PRK place during the week of...

4,163 miles later and the horse is back in the barn. Not a whole lot of pics (too busy riding), but there will be some once I download them to the 'puter. Except for horrendous traffic in Indiana on the way out (fix that 'Why Me'!) and about 40 min. of light rain on the last day going out, it was a great trip. Did all the mandatories (Spearfish Canyon Highway, Custer State Park with Iron Mt. and Needles Highway, a run to Devils Tower with the great sweepers along the way and, oh yah, Sturgis and Deadwood) as well as Rushmore and Crazy Horse. And yah, I got the T-shirt.
