HELP !!!!

Usually I can out stubborn the computer, but this one has me banging my head in the granite.
I need to print some e-mails, and no I can't forward to this agency. The problem is that my printer is centered and all diagnostics where ran and it prints everything but my e-mails perfectly.
When I go to the page preview the e-mail has a very slight tilt to it and it cuts off the first few letters at the top of the page. I have adjusted margins, fit to page yada yada.....
the problem is in the preview, but only on e-mail AAARRGGGG......
