I ain't had a smoke since............
Sunday night at 9:00pm. I think the pills help alot. I ain't even tried to Kill anybody..Yet.....
 ...... I don't really have the craving for a cig, it's more like I just have a habit of smokin' at certain times of the day..Like when I walk out into the main shop at work, I used to always light up a smoke. Now when I walk out there I just out of habit reach for one.........I hope this makes some since to some of y'all.............just sayin'

Makes perfect sense.
Good on ya, never give up. After 4 days, the physical addiction is done, the mental addiction takes a bit longer. My last smoke was 12-27-2000 @2:20 pm.

Good on ya for making the move Joey and yah it makes plenty of sense. I was one of those who always lit up when I got in the car. found myself for weeks reaching towards my pocket when I got in the car. Hang in there, those do fade with time.

Yep, it was the same for me. All I had to worry about was kicking the habit, the addiction disappeared. Spooky.

Good job. I found that after two weeks or so, I started playing mind games with myself.
