What a man.
My dad died 10 years ago, also WWII vet. Was headed to be part of the invasion of Japan. Bombs dropped and he became part of the occupation instead, being one of the first 10 men into Nagasaki post-bomb. He was a few days past his 18th birthday. God bless them all.

Your Father is someone we can all be proud of. Losing my Dad to Alzheimer's every day. Really, he was gone a year or so ago. No longer himself. |

I can't even imagine. I was so blessed to have mine for so long. Don, that just makes me heartsick. First I've heard about your dad, that I remember. I'm so sorry.
