Draggin' Dry's

I'm thinking ahead to the Colorado Doofapalooza and realized that I do not have any waterproof riding gear (yeah I know.... Oregon and no wet weather gear). I am not into the one-piece / two piece gear that looks like it was designed for a BMW rider. I have always been partial to riding in my FXRG jacket and jeans.... so I looked around and found these:

http://www.dragginjeans.com.au/products/jeans/drys.htm

Has anybody tried these? Think they hold up in a Colorado downpour?
(Funny how I can locate these only in Australia...)

I saw that site.... but nowhere in it could I find the Draggin' Dry's.
I suppose I could buy the regular classics and then apply Nixwax,
but I'd rather buy them already treated.

Well.... I went and ordered a couple pair.

I will provide an update when they show up and I ride in a downpour.

I figured that if I bought them long enough, they would hang clear over the end of my feet.
Also if I hiked them up high enough, I should stay pretty dry.... but then I'm a Doof, so who knows....
I'll ask Gray....
