Stuffed jalapenos

***warning these'll hurt ya in more ways than one***

4 large cans of pickeled jalapenos (not sams club size)
1 large bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 package of beef coctail smokies
2lbs of thick sliced bacon
brown sugar

in a large strainer under running water clean and de-seed (to taste) peppers, by cutting the tops off and cutting down one side of the pepper (butter flying it).

stuff one smoky link in pepper, wrap with a half strip of bacon, and secure with a tooth pick.

continue above untill you fill a 9x13 glass baking pan.

completly cover with BBQ sauce, and sprinkle brown sugar over the top till completly covered.

bake @ 400* for one hour

these burn both ways....going in and out (ask me how i know).

after you've got your fill of them let the sauce cool, remove bacon grease that floats to the top, and use it on chicken or pork chops the next time you grill.

you won't be dissapointed.
