I think
I may have found the trigger for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I’ve tested it several times over the last week and if I have dairy, milk in particular my RA flares up big time. I’m 36 hours removed from my last test and I can see the knuckles on my hands for the first time in a while. The way it was going I gave it 6 months to a year before wouldn’t be able to provide anything for myself.
So……..I’m hoping a ride is in my future. |

In a new study, researchers concluded that a strain of bacteria typically found in milk and beef may be linked to rheumatoid arthritis.

Yes, very interesting, glad you could pin it down yourself and not have more drugs prescribed that masked the issue.

Good on you for figuring it out. I have milk and beef allergies. Amazing how many things contain those products.

Have you ever tried hydroxychloroquine or methotrexate?

Good to hear that improvement continues. Know your hands have bothered you for some time. Hopefully riding will become more frequent and enjoyable.

Probably the best day I’ve had since late January. Cautiously optimistic.
