I think
I may have found the trigger for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I’ve tested it several times over the last week and if I have dairy, milk in particular my RA flares up big time. I’m 36 hours removed from my last test and I can see the knuckles on my hands for the first time in a while. The way it was going I gave it 6 months to a year before wouldn’t be able to provide anything for myself.
So……..I’m hoping a ride is in my future.

Yes, very interesting, glad you could pin it down yourself and not have more drugs prescribed that masked the issue.

Good on you for figuring it out. I have milk and beef allergies. Amazing how many things contain those products.
