Air Wing Tour-Pac Luggage Rack

This is the new rack by HD. I have resisted buying a rack because I didn't like the other large one Harley offered. Has anyone seen this new rack in person? I'd like an opinions on it if you have.

Thanks all...

Dan

I've never seen one in person, Dan, however, from the picture I don't think I care too much for the "integrated" look they've arrived at with both the rack and the spoiler integrated together. I think the Premium rack and the color matched spoiler w/light kit just looks better. Just my opinion,... FWIW.

I considered that but was concerned the spoiler might not fit under the rack. Is that not a problem? Plus I'm not all that impressed with that monster rack, either.

I like the new rack. Have not seen it in person though. Looks old school. I thought at first it was a great price too, then I realized they did not include the light kit unless you forked over another 50 clams. Typical.

Yes, the spoiler absolutely does fit under the rack,... and nicely. It was designed with that consideration. SAC also makes a leather roll bag for HD that is designed specifically for the Premium rack. It attaches to the rack at three points.

I can vouch for the spoiler fitting under the rack, saw it at CC, must have been on Thrashers bike. Is that the round bag you have Thasher? I liked the way it mounted. T-Bags makes the one I have T-Bags Dakota model
I'm reall happy with it, but like the way thrashers mounted with three quick hook and loop fasteners. though I like mine also since it has 6 straps that clip around the luggage rack. I feel its very secure and would take more than 2 seconds for the common thief to take off... no much more but maybe enough to matter.

Les, that's the one... I have better pictures at home. I was trying to get photos of the whitewing dove baby sitting on the rack.

Thanks for the cool pic, Thrasher. That looks pretty good with the spoiler under it.
