leaking out of stator plug
what should I expect the assmunch dealers to do to fix this?

They MAY well tell you that you'll need a new stator as that's the part that includes the rubber seal. That would probably be the OFFICIAL reply. There are probably other ways to fix it if you can get one of 'em to think outside the book.

Just had mine do that and they replaced the stator under warranty. Silicone is an option but replacing it is the real fix. Replace it.
Unless you're using oil in the motor then it's a different problem.
