Travelling Fishing Poles.....
One side (Sask) of my new site has a very warm, non freezing reservoir attached. This body of water has some great Large Mouth Bass fishing....
I've always wanted a quality knock down rod for the bike, and this site gives me the excuse! I have a nice ultralight reel on my trout setup already, so.... What brand of collapsible fishing sticks do you all have experience with?? Good, Bad or Ugly....... Dirk

I caught the biggest bass of my life on a pocket fisherman. No joke. Boy Scouts, was fishing and miscast, cranked the spinner bait across the surface of the water as fast as I could to recast, and this 7 lb monster bass lept out of the water like a freshwater version of jaws to nail it. I almost passed out! I reeled that sucker in and we kept that fish! I was a hero for the rest of the week at Camp Simpson. I wished I had a picture of that fish.

Hey Dirk, what's the action like on the rod. I'm looking for something like that but I like a really light sensitive action for stream trout.
