Started this Tuesday evening.....
 24 lbs rubbed, wrapped, and going to the fridge to rest.  Hit the smoke at 6:00 pm last night.  After 15 hours and not through the "stall" yet. As of 1:30 this afternoon they still have about another 20* to go before they get wrapped in foil and blankets to rest in a cooler for about 4 hours. Probably be over a 24 hour process from smoke to pull by the time is all said and done. This is for my mothers 60th birthday party on Sunday.

 Almost 24 hours later here's the finished product before it heads off to a couple of coolers to rest for several hours.

Looks good! Mine usually take around 10-12 hours if I have let the meat come up to room temp before going on the smoker. You have a set of bear paws? Makes pulling those butts stupid easy and FAST. What smoke wood did you use?

I have had some outstanding results with using cherry for the smoke. Puts a lightly sweet flavor into the meat. Smoked a few with hickory that were damn good, but when I switched to cherry one time, everyone raved about it so much, that I think I'll stick with it.
