Boy do these comments bring back memories of when we lived in Fort Worth! Cattlemen's, Joe T's, Risky's. My mother-in-law (Dan's mom) would take Risky's BBQ sauce and powder back to La Crosse.

We've been to Billy Bob's a few times too. Never brave enough to ride the bull though! Does the Keg near downtown still exist? We used to go there to get a good steak.
