Does Corbin ever read their email?
I sent an email to Corbin two weeks ago, and have not gotten a reply.

Is this an indicator of their customer service?

I don't think a lot of these places read it on a frequent basis, and if they do, they may not even reply. I've found that sales is nearly always more responsive than customer service, because its part of the process of taking your cash.

I dunno, I placed an order and they determined I should revise a couple of things and they called me.

I think they're customer service is pretty good.

Corbin has never been known as warm and fuzzy in their customer service department. If you bought the seat(or whatever) from them, they will work hard to make it work for you, but if bought from another company or used with or without the bike, you are on your own. Once they get their money, they don't let go of it.
