I found State Highway 43 in IDAHO!
...and it's all of about 3.868 miles long!
It's not exactly in an area of the state I plan on visiting. I think a ride up to Missoula MT may be in order, there's a Highway 43 there that looks much more rider friendly!

That's just a hoot and a holler from Montana 43 which runs between Divide and Wisdom, Montana and Gibbsonville, Idaho.
